PBYHA strives to develop youth, improve their hockey skills, and grow responsible and respectful adults through the experiences they gain as participants in organized hockey. PBYHA encourages each youth to consistently put forth his/her best efforts, to have the courage to accept the results of that effort, to have the determination to constantly strive to improve that effort, and to have fun while accomplishing that effort.
